Interview Process & Terms

Recruitment Timeline

The first round will be conducted online through our assessment platform. You can access the link below to begin your evaluation:

Candidates who successfully clear the first round will be invited to complete the second round online through the same platform.

Candidates who successfully clear both online rounds will be invited for the final on-site interview at the company location.

The company will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses (TA/DA) incurred while attending the on-site interview.

Selection for the final on-site interview does not guarantee employment. The final hiring decision will be based on overall interview performance, skills assessment, company requirements, and mutual agreement on employment terms.

If the candidate successfully clears the final round and agrees to the salary package and employment terms offered by the company, the candidate will be considered selected.

The offer of employment is subject to successful completion of all interview rounds, document verification, and acceptance of the company's terms and conditions.

Upon successful completion of all required formalities and mutual acceptance of the employment terms, an Offer Letter will be issued.

The company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue the recruitment process at any stage without prior notice.
